Mr. Vinayak R. Pandya
Mr. Vinayak R. Pandya was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1981 and has an experience of more than 40 years in almost every facet of the accounting, auditing and consulting profession. He was Head of Department of Accountancy & faculty in Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans College at Andheri Mumbai. He was a member of core Committee of Vileparle CPE Study Circle of WIRC of ICAI. He is a President of Bombay Theosophical Federation. He is Indian Section general council member. He is also International General Council member of the Theosophical Society. He has been a part of TV program on Union Budget and has participated in various National and International Conferences and given Talks. He is also a regular speaker for CA students on Accounting Standards.

Mr. Girish Dave M.Sc, LLB (Advocate Bombay High Court) - Associate
Mr. Girish Dave is our associate. He is former Director of International Taxation in the Government of India. He is a distinguished retired IRS officer. He has served under the secretary of the Central Board of Direct Taxes and also as chief commissioner of Income Tax. Currently he represents cases at Bombay High Court and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal across India. He is proficient in cross border transactions, International taxation, Income Tax in India and frequently lectures on complex tax issues.

Mr. Umang Shah was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2006 and has an experience of over 15 years working with various prestigious organizations like Deloittes Haskins & Sells in Audit and assurance department, Tata Communications Limited (TCL) in financial reporting and compliance department and with Lehman Brothers in Financial Control department. He has been credited with an ‘Extra Mile Award’ by TCL in recognition of excellence demonstrated in preparing variance analysis & trend analysis of consolidated profit & loss account of TCL.

Dr. Rupal Pandya Phd, FCA – Ex-Partner
Mrs. Rupal Pandya was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2004 and has wide experience of over 15 years in the field of Accounting and Auditing. She is a PhD in accounts with research in Demergers in India. She is proficient in internal audit, statutory audit and ROC related matters. She was also a co-ordinator and faculty at Nagindas Khandwala College of Commerce. Presently she is giving Lectures in Toronto, Canada
